Refund, Return, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy
General Terms
- We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except as specifically stated in this policy.
- A complete unboxing video from start to end is mandatory for claims related to damage, missing items, or defects.
- Refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges may attract a handling charge if the issue is due to customer error or if required proof is not provided.
- Replacements and returns are accepted only within 1 day of receiving the product and only when the conditions below are satisfied.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If a product is damaged or defective on delivery, customers may request a replacement.
- The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package, the seal cutting, and the product condition.
- Claims without a complete, continuous unboxing video from seal cut to full product display will not be accepted.
Size Replacement and Exchanges
- Customers must carefully check the sizes and measurements listed on each product page before ordering.
- Product measurements are displayed on the website, and customers are advised to confirm their size with a measuring tape. Manual measurement may result in minor variations.
- We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns for size-related issues. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Offer and Sale Products
- Products purchased during offers, discounts, or promotional sales are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
- Customers should review product images, tags, brand details, and descriptions carefully before ordering.
